1. what should I do when I get my equipments like forklift fork or pallet truck in the wrong parameters?
It is highly recommended the buyers contact us directly to double confirm all the parameters before we settle down the final details with our manufacturing dept.
2.What can I do when I get an empty box?
We checked carefully when we ship our package and we never send the empty box out .
3. How long before my package get shipped?
For most of our product, we need 4 working days to process. Some of our customized products like fork takes longer.
4.Do you provide payments term, like Net 30days, T/T 30days?
Yes! We wish we could establish long term business relationship with our clients and reach win-win solution.
5.How can I track my order?
We will send an email to your contact email when we ship your package .If you didn’t receive the email you can send an email with your order number or other information about your order to our customer service .
6.Can I get the order information changed before you shipped out?
Yes. Please send us an email or call us as soon as possible .We can change it for you before we engrave the item/ ship your package out.
7.Can I return a product for the reason that I just don’t like/need it?
We can help you return the product you don’t want but we reserve the right to purchase the shipping&handing, restocking fee.
